1. Current stage
We are testing demand for one first Further Patagonia group. Sending an enquiry begins a conversation only. There is no checkout, payment request, automatic reservation, guaranteed departure or allocation of a place.
Indicative price: €4,770 per person. Internal flight included. The proposal currently covers eight nights, with activities from Saturday to Saturday and departure on Sunday. The final end of services remains to be confirmed.
2. Organiser and travel protection
No contracting organiser has been designated at the enquiry stage. Lucas Memory S.L. operates this website and manages initial enquiries, but the enquiry itself is not a travel contract.
Before any booking offer or commitment, you will receive the organiser’s legal identity and country, any required travel registration, insolvency protection and applicable guarantees, together with full pre-contract information for the final arrangement.
The local operating company, its role and any division of responsibilities will also be identified before booking. No local supplier receives the initial enquiry automatically.
3. What the final proposal must specify
Planned accommodation · eight nights: Cabañas del Lago Hotel, Puerto Varas (1 night); Hotel Natura, Peulla (1 night); Bariloche — accommodation to be confirmed (2 nights); Chalten Suites, El Chaltén (2 nights); Hotel Lagos del Calafate, El Calafate (2 nights). Subject to availability. Final hotels and room categories will be confirmed before booking.
The internal flight is included in the indicative price, but its route, airline, baggage allowance, name deadlines and change conditions remain to be confirmed.

- Confirmed hotels, room categories, shared-room basis, solo-traveller arrangements and any single-room supplement.
- Meals and drinks
- What is included, free evenings and what travellers arrange themselves.
- Meeting point and transfers
- Meeting times, routing, baggage arrangements and the precise end of services. The current outline excludes the Sunday departure transfer.
- Activities and support
- Final activities, specialist operators, eligibility requirements, guiding, support, insurance scope and weather alternatives.
- Total payable price
- All applicable taxes and mandatory charges, with optional supplements identified separately.
4. Deposit and balance
There is no payment due at enquiry stage. Before a booking can become binding, the final proposal must state the deposit, balance deadline, accepted payment methods and the exact point of contract formation.
No deposit percentage, payment deadline or passenger-information deadline has been set through this website.
5. Changes, cancellation and refunds
Before you commit, the booking conditions will explain cancellation by you or the organiser, programme changes, refunds and all applicable rights. They will state the minimum group size, the decision deadline for confirming the departure, notice periods and the options available after a material change or cancellation.
Withdrawing an enquiry before booking does not create a cancellation charge.
6. Readiness, support and safety
Running days are only part of the effort: travel, terrain and changing accommodation also matter. We may discuss general readiness, but the enquiry form should not be used for medical details.
Before booking, the final information must explain routes and elevation, staffing, communication and emergency arrangements, insurance scope, weather contingencies and eligibility for each activity. References on the website to support are not an insurance policy or a promise that every activity has an alternative suitable for every person.
