2. Data collected
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, country, available weeks and preference, party type and size, a general description of running readiness, price fit, preferred contact method, optional message, and your separate choice about future-journey emails. A phone number is required only when you choose call or WhatsApp.
We also keep the enquiry reference, submission time, privacy-notice version and limited campaign labels when present. Please do not send health or medical details, passport information, payment details or personal details about companions. There is no automated decision or eligibility score that accepts or rejects a booking.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Answering your enquiry. We use the information to reply, discuss dates and suitability, and prepare a possible proposal at your request. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). An enquiry is not itself a booking.
Future Further journeys and early access. We use your email for these messages only when you give separate, optional consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The box is not pre-selected. Refusing or withdrawing that consent does not affect how we handle your enquiry. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe method in a future message.
Security and reliable delivery. Limited technical data may be processed to serve and protect the website, prevent abuse and deliver the enquiry. The basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), balanced against visitors’ rights.
4. Campaign context, without tracking pixels
A link may contain allow-listed source, medium, campaign and content labels. If you submit the form, those labels are attached to the enquiry so we can understand which invitation led to it. They are not stored in the browser and do not create a cross-site visitor profile.
We use no analytics service, advertising pixel, fingerprinting or advertising click identifier in this version.
5. Who receives data and international transfers
The initial enquiries are handled personally by Gustavo, as an authorised representative of Lucas Memory S.L. in Spain. We do not sell enquiry data. It is not shared automatically with the local operator or other travel suppliers. If a later proposal requires information to be shared, we will explain what is needed first.
- Vercel
- Hosts the website and runs the form endpoint. The endpoint performs transient processing and is configured not to cache the response or log the enquiry content.
- Resend
- Delivers the internal enquiry email. On the standard service described for this launch, email and log data are retained for 30 days.
- Apple iCloud Mail
- Stores the resulting message and our correspondence in the Further mailbox, which is the initial operational record. We are not introducing a CRM or separate contact database for this test.
Vercel and Resend may process information in the United States and through subprocessors in other countries. Their applicable data-processing safeguards include Standard Contractual Clauses where relevant. Apple processes mailbox information under its applicable iCloud terms and privacy safeguards.
6. How long we keep information
Unbooked enquiries and correspondence: 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymised unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
Future-journey preference: until you withdraw consent or 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, whichever happens first, unless you renew it. After withdrawal, a minimal suppression record may be retained to ensure we respect your choice.
If you later book, the organiser will provide a separate explanation of the information and legal retention periods needed for that contract.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion, restriction of processing and portability where applicable. You may object when processing relies on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Email hello@gofurther.run. We may ask for only the information reasonably needed to verify the request. You may also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos or another competent supervisory authority.
8. Cookies and updates
There are no optional analytics or advertising technologies. See the cookies and technologies notice. If the process changes — for example by adding a CRM or marketing platform — we will update this notice before using data in the new way and seek consent where required.
