1. Purpose of this website
Further is testing interest in a proposed first small-group Patagonia journey combining running, travel and local experiences. Dates, accommodation and operating details are not final.
2. Website operator
The website and enquiry process are operated by Lucas Memory S.L., CIF B10734861. Contact: hello@gofurther.run. A contracting travel organiser has not been designated at this stage.
3. What submitting an enquiry means
Submitting the form asks us to contact you about the proposed journey through your selected contact method. It is not a booking, not a payment, not a guaranteed place, not confirmation of a departure and not an obligation to travel.
We may ask follow-up questions about dates, room preferences and general readiness. Please provide accurate contact information and do not submit medical information, passport numbers, payment details or another traveller’s personal information.
4. Price and dates
The current indicative price is €4,770 per person, including the internal flight. Room basis, supplements, flight arrangements and the final list of included services remain subject to confirmation. Travel to the agreed starting point and home from the final destination is separate.
The four date windows are alternatives for selecting the first departure, not four announced trips. Your availability helps us assess whether a viable group can be formed. It does not reserve a date or place.
5. What happens next
The intended sequence is: enquiry, personal discussion, written proposal and then a separate booking decision. An automated or personal acknowledgement confirms receipt only.
Before any commitment, the written proposal and booking documents must identify the organiser and state the trip, confirmed dates and services, total price, payment schedule, cancellation terms, minimum group conditions and applicable protections. No deposit or balance is collected through this enquiry form.
There is no cancellation charge for withdrawing an unbooked enquiry.
6. Enquiry information and future emails
Enquiry follow-up and future-journey promotional messages are separate. Choosing not to receive future emails does not stop you from sending an enquiry or affect our response. See the privacy notice.
7. Consumer rights
These terms do not exclude or reduce mandatory consumer rights. They govern only the initial enquiry, not a later travel contract. Full booking terms and applicable protections will be supplied before any booking offer.
